Hello there traveler!

how are you?
so like i told you before, i'm gonna take you on a journey much more often now!
been two weeks since my last post,
and i'm going to keep on posting!

today i'm going to give my journal to you for your reading eyes!
it's about 

I have seen loads and i mean LOADS of people
stress about things they have in their life
maybe it's their lovelifes or stressing environment that keeps pushing them to do unnecessary things

Business perhaps?

Studies? 

Physical Conditions?

I of course cannot pinpoint your every problems and judged it is a simple mend-able condition. 
but i can give you examples of this current problems,
the easiest example which can represent these views and i can give to you is this


FATNESS

people often stress about their appearance, how they look, man-boobs? big ass? big belly?
the root for this problem is not actually what other people may think
it is

what we think, what other people might think!

on a date:

we can see a lot from this,
people often mistakenly overthinking their bad sides or weaknesses as if others think of it like that.
when in fact they don't

now i don't and i would never encourage you to stay fat
it's not healthy! 
but if you wanna stay that way, if it is still healthy,
i encourage you to be fat!
to be happy in what you do!

I also encourage you to change! do what you want!

I guess i'm saying this
LET GO, MOVE ON!
the root of all of the dullness, and all of the stress-ness you have to deal with

is actually caused by YOURSELF. 
by how you see this things.
your own PERSPECTIVE!

Change the way you see things!

be happy be joyful! enjoy life!

Time to stand up! Time to let go!
